Cave Sweeper

Grab your pickaxe and head underground. Every number tells you how many hazards are touching that rock. Read the clues, flag the danger and dig out every mineral before the cave gets the better of you.

How to play

Easy to learn, all logic

If you've played Minesweeper you already know the basics. Cave Sweeper adds minerals to collect, new hazards that don't sit still, and a clock that keeps you moving.

1

Tap to dig

Break open a rock. The number underneath counts the hazards touching that tile.

2

Hold to flag

Long-press, or switch to Flag mode, to mark a rock you know is dangerous.

3

Collect minerals

Find every glittering mineral in the cave. Tap a finished number to clear around it fast.

4

Extract

Get out with the haul to earn a star. Lose no lives for two stars, and clear the whole cave for three.

The campaign

Five chapters, 100 depths, then the deep

Every chapter adds a new hazard and starts it on an easier board so you can learn it. A boss cave waits at every 20th depth.

Depths 1–20

Shallow Mines

Learn the ropes among loose rock. Timers start at depth 6.

Cave-ins
Depths 21–40

Sulfur Vents

Gas pockets you can see. Dig beside one and it vents, unless you seal it with a flag first.

Gas pockets
Depths 41–60

Beast Burrows

Uncover a tile next to a sleeping creature and it starts to wake. Flag it before it wakes up.

Sleeping creatures
Depths 61–80

Lodestone Caverns

Magnetic anomalies twist the numbers near them. Account for the distortion to find the real count.

Magnetic anomalies
Depths 81–100

Old Workings

Old dynamite left by miners long gone. Uncover a tile next to it and the fuse lights. Tap it quickly to defuse it.

Depth 101+

The Endless Deep

Every hazard at once, getting harder all the way down. How deep can you go?

Why you'll keep digging

No guessing, ever

A solver checks every cave before you see it, so each one can be cleared by logic alone. Retry a depth and you get a fresh board, not one you've already memorized.

Made for one thumb

Portrait boards, big buttons and tap-and-hold controls. Play on the bus with one hand.

Cave conditions

Rich Veins, Ancient Maps, Hidden Treasure, Eclipses and Tremors change how a cave plays.

Upgrade your kit

Spend coins in the Workshop on a better pickaxe, safety gear, a gas mask and more.

Boosters when you need them

Probe a risky rock, light a Flare, ping minerals with Radar, or bring a Hard Hat for a spare life.

Free to play

Every depth can be beaten without spending anything. Optional gem packs and a one-time Remove Ads purchase help support the studio.
